Tom PinchukTom Pinchuk is a rising star writer with diverse credits in comics and animation, ranging from young adult action-adventures like Unimaginable, the Reason for Dragons and Mattel’s Max Steel, to absurd mature audience farces like Hybrid Bastards! and comedian Dan Fogler’s Moon Lake. On the tube and on the page, he’s worked with the likes of Cartoon Network, VIZ Media, Boom Studios, Archaia Entertainment and Man of Action Studios (creators of the global phenom, Ben 10).

In addition to his writing, he also works as a pop culture commentator and personality: having hosted videos, moderated panels and emceed events for the San Diego Comic Con, Anime Expo and the BermanBraun media company, among others.

Joe LeFaviJoe LeFavi is an obnoxiously passionate transmedia producer and brand strategist who champions the creation of content designed to engage audiences via multiple forms of media. As an energetic guide into the transmedia space, LeFavi launched Quixotic Transmedia in 2010 as a unique consultancy and production company. He specializes as a transmedia brand strategist, helping clients to develop, produce, and promote entertainment brands across multiple platforms.

Using publishing as a natural springboard for transmedia storytelling is a key strategy for Quixotic, often serving as a publishing packager in branded entertainment. Recent collaborators in publishing and beyond include the cult stage show and podcast The Thrilling Adventure Hour, Entertainment One’s popular SyFy TV series Haven, the best-selling tabletop game Boss Monster, Relativity Media’s epic film Immortals, Meteor Entertainment’s FPS mech game Hawken, Academy Award winning writer-director Christopher McQuarrie’s graphic novel Rubicon, the Jim Henson Company’s Fraggle Rock, the non-profit organization CineStory, and an overall transmedia business development role for multiple Eisner Award winning publisher Archaia.

Before Quixotic, LeFavi was the Director of Publishing & Development at The Jim Henson Company, overseeing their entire publishing slate and reverse engineering their key Film/TV brands into successful publishing ventures. Outside of publishing, he also served as a Film/TV exec and Henson’s in-house geek on books, comics, manga, gaming… just about any fanboy obsession in pop culture. He proudly held his post until January 2010, when he departed to launch Quixotic.
