As Scriptwriters Network celebrates 40 years of supporting writers, we’re giving back to the creative community with monthly opportunities for writers to learn, connect, and grow.

Each month throughout 2026 highlights a different aspect of our mission — from mentorship and education to creativity and community.

Everyone is welcome to participate.

March 40th Anniversary Giveaway

Logline Challenge

One of the most important skills a writer can develop is the ability to communicate a story idea clearly and quickly.

This month, Scriptwriters Network invites writers everywhere to participate in our March Logline Challenge.

Submit your best original logline for a chance to win a mentorship opportunity and other prizes as part of our 40th Anniversary celebration.

How to Enter

Submit one original logline for a feature film, television project, or streaming series.

Include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your logline (1–3 sentences)

Logline Guidelines

• Maximum 50 words
• Must be 1–3 sentences
• Original ideas only

Entry Guidelines

• Writers may submit up to three (3) entries.
• Each entry must be submitted in a separate email.
• All entries must include the correct subject line.

Entry Deadline

All submissions must be received by:

March 31, 2026

Winner Announcement

Submissions will be reviewed at the end of the month.

The winner will be contacted and announced during the first week of April 2026.
